Meike Kordes
Meike Kordes is the executive officer in charge of sales, financing and organisation.
Before founding Kordes & Kordes Film GmbH, she worked as a line producer with Rosa von Praunheim (THE EINSTEIN OF SEX), Hannes Stöhr (BERLIN IS IN GERMANY), Dito Tsindsatse (SCHUSSANGST), Werner Schroeter (THE QUEEN) and Chris Kraus (FOUR MINUTES).
After finishing her pre-secondary education, Meike Kordes completed a course in film financing at Journal Film Klaus Volkenborn KG. She then studied TV and film production at the HFF "Konrad Wolf" in Potsdam. She participated in over 20 films as line producer and producer while a studying there.
Meike Kordes, besides producing, has also worked as a guest instructor at the dffb (German Film and TV Academy), the College of Film and TV "Konrad Wolf" in Potsdam, and at other media training institutions.
